Bea is delighted to be approached by ambitious publisher Nigel, but new husband Thomas is not so keen. Peter Rabbit, horrified to learn that he is being cast as a bad character, determinedly sets out on his own to the city. He is soon approached by Barnabas, who embroils Peter and his friends in some dastardly deeds.
